چکیده

Bigels are unique two-phase systems that have recently been presented as a structured method for active ingredient application. The purposes of the current study were to develop and characterize bigel formulations containing loxoprofen. They benefits both hydrogel organo-gel. In order enhance penetration, pluronic lecithin was added form organo-gel, HPMC hydrogel, which properly hydrates stratum corneum. produced by mixing with organo-gel in appropriate ratio. pH, viscosity, extrudability, spreadability, Gel-sol transition temperature assessed hydrogel. For preparation bigel, O3 from H3 characterized optimum formulations. temperature, other properties assessed. An 8-hour invitro drug release investigation yielded B1's results, 84.77%. B2 demonstrated 92.35 % release, B3 99.18% extended-release. Based on evaluation characteristics, formulation chosen optimal formulation. Loxoprofen kinetics according Higuchi model. You can utilize loxoprofen an extended-release system.

Design, Development and In Vitro Characterization of Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery System for Irbesartan

The objectives of present investigations were to optimize concentration of oil, surfactant and cosurfactant by pseudoternary phase diagrams and to develop a stable formulation of self emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS) in order to enhance the dissolution rate of poorly soluble Irbesartan (IBS) by SEDDS. Pseudoternary phase diagrams were constructed to identify the self emulsifying region....
